"What would have become of me had I not believed that I would see the Lord's goodness in the land of the LIVING. Wait, hope for and EXPECT the Lord. Be strong and of good courage and may your heart (Ned) be sturdy and enduring.....Yes, Wait For and Hope For and Expect the Lord."

Elijah Ned Dellinger has arrived !!

Elijah Ned was born today at 12:53pm, and the first thing he did was cry! What a blessing it was for us to hear that come from his little mouth! He weighed 7 lbs. even, and looked great. When he was born, they got him intubated successfully, meaning they have a tube in his lungs to assist in his breathing. The immediately took him to the NICU, where they have been working with him since. We hope to be able to see him soon, and get some kind of status soon, but we are just waiting on praying right now. I just wanted to get something on the blog b/c we know people are checking it. I'll update it again as soon as I can.

Betsy and Travis,

I've been following your blog, and keeping you in my prayers and so are many ladies in my Community Bible Study group. It seems to be a good sign that Ned is crying. Betsy, I hope you are doing well, too. Keep us updated.

Dear Betsy and Travis, I am following little Ned's progress daily and I just want you to know our prayers never stop for all of you. I guess Jack just doesn't really know how to let you know that he is worried too, so he is acting out, I am sure he is very confused and his world is a little upside down, the same with Margaret and we will be praying for them and the grand-parents, becoming a grand-mother was the most blessed event in my life, and my heart just aches for all of you and the family because I know they all want to do something to make everything better. Prayers are being uplifted and answered so much for all of you that I just know that Ned is going to be fine, I know you have a long road ahead of you, but please rest when you can, eat, and keep up your strength, and know that if you need help you have a whole church of people that would come to you, not just a church but a sweet town, any of us would come and hold your hand if that is what you needed. We love all you of and pray for good results every day! Keep up your strength, and give Jack and Baby Ned a little hug for me. Sincerely, Kim Alexander and Family

Hello, I noticed that you haven't had a chance to enter today on the computer, and I just wanted to make sure that everything is okay, I am sure you have your hands full, but I was worried. Just wanted to let you know that we are thinking and praying for all of you every day. I hope today has been a good one, and Baby Ned is improving with every minute of the day. Sincerely, "The Alexander's" Kim, Donald, Emily and Brock
